Cradle of Filth? = Norwegian? What?
@l3ANEl3LADE In some ways, although you’ve got a really good point there, satanism is symbolic in it’s style… for example LaVey satanism worships the devil not as a god, but in a symbolic context, e.g the characteristics which the devil represents, such as Pleasure and Instant gratification…
[incidentally, I've finally made a comment which isn't simply throwing abuse at somebody... a refreshing change, i feel

There is only one Jørn Stubberud xD What a funny guy to interview:)
man that early black metal list at 7:01 were some good bands. venom only had two good albums, mercyful fate broke up, bathory died when quorthon died and celtic frost became sellouts. crazy shit if you ask me.
I’m an atheist metalhead, and I think that Satanists are truely Christians (And I believe that Chrstianity is bull). Satan is just another lie conjured by Christianity, so Satanists are just as silly as Christians.
this makes me proud to be norwegian
not much else tbh lol
I’m from Bergen and I’m fucking proud of it
@sonofkyussdude i agree, except for the main church burner, varg virkenes, it was different. he is a pagan, and actually i researched it and most of the christian churches in norway are built on the ruins of sacred places to pagans. because the christians burnt these sacred places down. so it makes sense. and it also means the christians cant get upset by it.
@sonofkyussdude Totally agree with you, dude. I am a Christian myself, and I understand frustrations these people may have towards us, but they completely lose their argument when they do this.
What the hell is the cradle of filth logo doing under the cathegory “Norwegian Black Metal?!
@Hailstonedpikachu that would be a dream !
That chick talking at 6:00 is fuckin’ hot!
yeah, CF norway lol
i know this land cause i come from it. for the first i can tell you that we are insane and we will kill you and if you talk to us we will eat your legs and rape your arms
what was the Venom song at 6:40?
@sonofkyussdude
lol ? in scandinavia the church taxes are horrendous and plus they tax all alcohol so I understand. From a church / state standpoint its all the devil and they would loose money fuck em , burn on !
people say to me “eww you listen to metal” like its a bad thing, they just dont get how amazing metal is and it affects your life in a good way, you also feel connected to all metalheads around the world
(OMG 4:10 its Gaahl from Gorgoroth !)
All hail metal a true brotherhood of those who share the idea of freedom of expression and do not concern about fitting in to the masses . Every metal-head is special ! Stay evil m/
5:45 best statement ever.
2- I’ve slammed bossy, annoying, “Conservative” christians quite hard and they deserve it! but, there is that more “Aware” christian-pagan element that is well educated on the old tribal ways, but we wont go too far back into it. thats why the extremist, violent, old school, black metal types cause us concern.
Church burning. i know about 35 churches were burned in Scandinavia by extremist’s. well then, whats the extremist Black Metal plan after they’ve destroyed every vestige of Christianity in Scandinavia? are they gonna drag the north back to the war loving and slave trading days? it wont work! because Pagan-Christians like me will raise shit every time they try it!
but make it 11 hours and 6 minutes!
@Hailstonedpikachu
this is actually a great idea. get ken burns to do an epic documentary on heavy metal music for pbs.
